At Nestling, your satisfaction matters. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that if something isn’t right, we will make it right. Our returns and refunds process is handled in partnership with our EU-based fulfilment provider.
Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of the original order date provided that:
- The item is unused and undamaged
- All original labels and packaging are intact
- The item is not listed as non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Products from the following brands: Lorena Canals, Trixie Baby, Woopie, Let’s Go Green, Vega Toys, Little Tikes, Smoby, and Feber
Made-to-order items may have specific return conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email info@babykidsshop.eu within 30 days of your order date
- Include your order number
- Specify the item(s) you wish to return
- State the reason for return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cover return shipping only if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns.
To exchange an item:
- Return the original product
- Place a new order for the replacement item
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
Defective Items & Warranty
All products sold through Nestling include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, excluding cosmetics, edible items, and candles.
If your product develops a manufacturing defect:
- Contact info@babykidsshop.eu
- Provide your order number and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Warranty claims are not limited to the 30-day return window.
