Shipping Cost
Nestling offers FREE shipping across the European Union. The price displayed at checkout is the final price. There are:

Prices & VAT
All listed prices include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations. No customs or import duties apply to orders shipped within the EU. All products are dispatched from European warehouses.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is forwarded to our EU fulfilment partner for processing. Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day when placed before the daily cut-off time.
Order cut-off time:
Orders placed before 23:59 EET (GMT+2) on a business day are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next available business day.
After placing your order, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once dispatched

Order Tracking

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Return process:
Contact info@babykidsshop.eu within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and warehouse address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues – What To Do
Lost or Missing Packages:

• Contact your local courier with your tracking number

Damaged Items:

• Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Items Received:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Delayed Deliveries:
Check your tracking information for updates. Allow additional time during holiday or peak periods. Contact info@babykidsshop.eu if tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days.
